The 2018 Tax Cut and Jobs Act (TJCA) made significant changes to both the individual and corporate tax code. While the corporate tax changes are permanent, the individual changes are set to expire at the end of 2025. This bonus event will discuss what impact this may have on individual tax rates, estate and gift taxes, state and local deductions, and other areas of the tax code.
